Contactis Conference

Contactis Conference System offers not only the standard conference calls where all participants simultaneously get through to the system but also:

  • Conferences in outbound mode – the system calls the participants

  • Conferences in blending mode – some of the participants call the system and the system calls the others.

  • Increased security conferences – to take part in the conference the participant must enter a unique PIN code.

  • Repeated call-back in case of accidental disconnection of conference participant

  • Possibility to record the conference, also in ad-hoc mode

  • Possibility to setup a lot of simultaneous conferences

  • Address book containing data of potential participants

  • The possibility to setup serial conferences

  • System management realized by user friendly web interface or by telephone keypad (by means of DTMF codes)

 

Moreover, the system offers advanced registers and reports on the system activities. They are divided into two groups:

  • Periodic reports

  • Administrative reports

 

Periodic reports provide the user with the basic information about the system operation:

  • ”Conference Register” report – contains the list of all conferences that have started or ended within the given period of time with consideration of various filters

  • “Conference Participants Register” report – contains the list of participants of all conferences that have ended or will begin within the defined period with consideration of various filters. The report is grouped according to participants (clients) of the conference. There is a list of conferences in which a given participant has already participated or will participate within the defined period. 

 

Administrative reports include:

  • ”Utilization of conference resources” – presents the level utilization of the conference resources (aperture) of the bridge within a specified period

  • “Operators Activities” report – presents all the activities of operators in the system

  • “Operators List” report – contains the list of all system operators along with all related data

  • “Clients List” report – contains the list of all clients of the system along with all related data
