Contactis ReStore

Contactis ReStore is a solution dedicated to small and medium businesses, which search for simple solution enabling to record and store data.

Contactis ReStore collects and stores telephone calls and events using a wide spectre of voice transmission systems from traditional analogue telephony, through digital lines (ISDN BRI, PRI, system lines) to VoIP technology. The devices cooperate with the majority of modern telephone PBXs (Alcatel, Siemens, Ericsson, Avaya, DGT, Lucent Technologies, Slican, EADS(MATRA)).  Contactis ReStore can integrate them all within one and uniform management and administration platform. It enables the client to effectively secure the investments and ensure further development along with the newly implemented technologies.

Contactis recording systems are independent devices, operating in continuous mode (24h/day), controlled through computer network (LAN/WAN) or locally.
