Contactis ReStore

Contactis ReStore recorders facilitate specifying the criteria for start and end of call recording separately for each channel. It is possible to disable the channel (disabled), set the recording according to the input level (VOX), control the status of connected line (keying), control from the level of signalization or manual control of recording via the network.

Contactis ReStore records not only the call but also the recording description parameters. Except for the basic parameters (date, time of start and end of call, length of call, channel, commentary) there is also additional data recorded:

  • Phone number of the calling party

  • Dialled number

  • Direction of the call

The foregoing set of data describing the call is presented for the calls recorded from PRI and BRI lines (for ISDN signalization). For analogue lines (including radiotelephones) the recorder stores basic data describing a call. If the recorder records analogue phone calls on the subscriber side it will also record:

  • Dialled number for the outgoing calls registered through DTMF codes detection

  • Number of incoming call, transferred through FSK (Clip service).

Optionally, the recording system may be integrated with external systems, including CTI and Contact Center. Due to such integration, the recording system will record, in addition to the data specified hereinabove, also another data concerning a call, for example name of the campaign, name of the queue, agent’s ID etc.
