Voice Services Platform

Voice Services Platform is a set of tools and solutions supporting automatic customer care services.

Wind Telecom has gathered unique competences in the field of design and implementation of IVR voice applications. The automatic service should be implemented in a way that guarantees intuitive operation and friendly interface to make the customers willing to use it.

Our system allows the customer to access the interesting information quickly. Our solution is also distinguishable because of applying the speech recognition technology in automatic services, with full support for “open speech”, which goes far beyond the functionality of services offering only the possibility of voice navigation within the IVR application tree. 

Voice technology requires high technical competence of people creating the services but also and first of all a vast knowledge of human psychology and behaviour.

Automatic customer care allows reducing the load of work of all persons participating in the process of telephone customer care service – agent, consultants and maintenance crew. 
On the one hand, the voice application can be responsible for directing customers to the adequate Call Center queues only; on the other hand, it can realize the advanced business functionalities.
