Functionality

Voice Services Platform

The Contactis IVR platform allows to run the voice application which realizes: 

  • Verification of the customer on the basis of:

    • telephone number – ANI

    • the number of chosen service – DNIS

    • carrying out the verification on the basis of ID and PIN codes

  • Automatic provision of commercial and marketing information stored in the form of the recorded prompts or, with use of Text To Speech system, to directly present data stored in the form of text (e.g. in database) without the necessity to generate voice recordings.

  • Providing personalized information - e.g. concerning payments, debts, etc.

  • Using the system to present current information that is crucial for the customers and contingent upon the company’s business profile.

  • Implementation of solutions that enable the customers to input data using telephone keypad to get to the next business services.

  • Implementation of solution that enables the customers to leave the voice information stored in the form of wave files.

  • Possibility to transfer the call to agents in various modes, determined by the infrastructure (i.e. whether the system is connected to the municipal infrastructure or to the telephone exchange of the Client).

  • Other advanced functions based on the usage of various communication channels and integration with variety of the systems of the Client.
