Competition Awards 2011 Call Center

Poland's first competition for the industry Call and Contact Center.
Company Institute for International Research Sp. o.o. is the organizer of a new competition in the industry call and contact center - Call Centre Awards 2011 .

This is the first such event for the organization of Call Center , Call Center and Departments of managers, but also to companies offering products and solutions for the Call Center.

The competition aims to honor , presentation and promotion of best practices and innovative solutions in call centers. Additionally, it has help foster a sense of prestige and professionalism of the industry and create new trends.

Statuette of the Call Center Awards 2011 will go into the hands of the best managers, the best strategy makers , distinctive call center team and the company offering innovative products and solutions for the Call Center.

Announcement of competition results and awards ceremony will take place on 19 September 2011 at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw, during the Gala Awards 2011 Call Center , which will be the culmination of a one-day Congress Call Center.
