Customer service Center available within the Contactis Insurance platform contains:

  • Advanced module of Interactive Voice Announcement supported by text-to-speech technology for automated customer service within the scope of:

    • Providing information about the company.

    • Possibility to verify data and all information about the insurance policies stored in the base.

  • ACD system that guarantees skill-based routing.

  • Modules for providing automatic notifications for the customers via SMS, e-mail, phone, about scheduled visits and other meetings.

  • Full set of internet options enabling the customer to contact the insurance company/insurance agent over the internet including conversation with consultant at the reception desk and possibility to leave the message and call back the customer.

  • The module, which presents personal information about the calling customer prior to establishing the connection, enables more individual approach to the customer.
